  • Desktop/Plugin
  • Server
  • Mobile – Android only
  • All these solutions are external to the source system and do not require any code change at the customer end

We have done implementations of our solution for various applications/system/websites like

  • SAP
  • Peoplesoft
  • Oracle Applications

  • 3What are the changes required at the customers end be it in the infrastructure side or at the code level?

The end customer needs to spend zero efforts at their end. In case of server solution the customer’s involvement would be typically limited to provide the infrastructure/servers for solution deployment, language configuration, translation verification. In case of the desktop solution, it is generally limited to deploying the Linguify solution across the organization.

9Can you support back to back contracts?

No, as language solution is not mission critical and does not impact the base application or availability of the same, back to back contract is generally not possible. However such a decision can be made on the requirements of a specific project/customer.

15Is the solution off the shelf or need to be configured? Configuration to what extent?

Major factors are maintenance, cost & time to market.

In case of an English/source language requests this does not come to Linguify servers but is directly handled by the customer’s webserver. A detailed discussion can be done in the technical call. The language routing can happen based on a subdomain, some kind of a mutually agreed token/cookie or sub directory based.
